Quote Bambu
Display Bambu Lab printer progress, temperatures, AMS information, and optional camera snapshots on Quote/0.
Quote Bambu displays Bambu Lab printer status on a Quote/0 e-paper screen. It runs as a Docker container on your own host, reads printer telemetry over local-LAN MQTT, and sends display updates through the Quote/0 Canvas or Image API.

Author-provided device photo, exported and resized from the original without AI retouching. The photo shows the layout at capture time; available header settings in the current version may differ.
Features
- Printer dashboard: Shows state, progress, nozzle/bed/chamber temperatures, available AMS and filament-tray information, remaining time, layers, and job name.
- Optional camera snapshots: Reads RTSPS or JPEG camera input where available; falls back to a data-only layout when the camera is disabled or unavailable.
- Two display modes: Uses the Canvas API by default, with an Image API option for locally rendered 1-bit frames.
- Optional HMS alerts: Set
SHOW_HMS=trueto display full-screen printer health codes and available English descriptions. Alerts are disabled by default. - Docker deployment: Includes builds targeting Linux amd64 and arm64, with a configurable update interval of 60 seconds by default.
Getting started
Follow the English setup guide. You need a host that can reach the printer's LAN services, its LAN access code and serial number, and a Quote/0 API key and device serial number. Add the selected API content block to the device's Loop in the Dot. App.
P2S is the primary development baseline. Other models listed in the project README are compatibility targets, not a claim of physical testing across all models and firmware. LAN-only or Developer Mode requirements depend on the printer and firmware. The service requests a status refresh on each MQTT connection; it does not send print-control commands.
Unofficial integration and data flow
This is an unofficial community project with no affiliation or endorsement from Bambu Lab or MindReset. Rendered status, job names, and optional camera snapshots are sent to the Quote/0 service for display. Printer certificate verification is currently disabled; run on a trusted host and LAN and review the project's security and privacy notes before deployment.
