This page explains repair coverage, the service process, and common service fees for Quote/0. The fees below do not apply to non-user-caused issues covered by warranty.
Coverage and service process
- The fees below are for out-of-warranty repair service. They apply only to devices outside the warranty period, or to user-caused damage during the warranty period. They do not apply to non-user-caused issues covered by warranty.
- For repair service, contact the channel where you purchased the device. The purchase channel will help register the repair request; once registered or contacted, the repair process can begin.
- Before repair, MindReset will confirm the service item and final price based on inspection results.
- Basic inspection and base labor fees are currently waived.
- Unlisted damage, missing parts, or combined repairs will be confirmed separately after inspection.
