Get Device Serial Number

Retrieve the device serial number from the Dot. App to use Dot.'s API features in other applications.

To activate and use Dot. series devices or features, please install the Dot. App first.

Compatibility

  • iOS: iOS 17 and later
  • Android: Android 12L and later
  • HarmonyOS:
    • Versions 4.0 and below: Can be installed directly
    • Versions HarmonyOS NEXT and above: Can be installed using Droitong

In the "More" tab, tap the device list under your avatar

Select a device

Copy the device ID

Scroll down to the device serial number section and tap “Device Serial Number” to copy the device ID.
